The challenge
When Experian Marketing Services planned their presence at one of the UK's leading direct marketing industry events, they needed more than a well-designed stand. They needed interactive software that would engage hundreds of attendees, showcase their Marketing Suite in a hands-on way, and run reliably throughout the entire event without technical issues.
The interactive element had to be intuitive enough for any visitor to pick up immediately, while powerful enough to demonstrate the depth of Experian's data and marketing technology. They also needed a technical partner who could be present on the ground — not just hand over the software and step away.
What we delivered
Firehawk Media designed and built the bespoke interactive software that powered the entire Experian exhibition stand. Visitors could explore the Experian Marketing Suite through touchscreen-driven demos, data visualisations and interactive product journeys — all running on multiple screens across the stand simultaneously.
The software was built to be engaging, fast, and foolproof under event conditions. Every element — from the UI flow to the transition animations — was considered in the context of a busy exhibition floor, where visitors have seconds to decide whether to stop and engage.
Throughout the event, the Firehawk team was present on-site, providing full technical support and working directly alongside Experian's own team to ensure everything ran smoothly from setup through to close.
